Waterless Concept

Eco waterless enzyme is specially made to give an abrasion on denim without or with minimal water, achieved through methods like specialized polymer beads that encapsulate and absorb dirt in a machine, or spray-and-wipe solutions that emulsify grime on surfaces like car paint. This concept aims to save water, reduce chemical and energy use, cut costs, and offer required abrasion and color cut to the garment.

Organic Bleach

Organic bleaching in the denim industry refers to environmentally friendly bleaching processes and chemicals that minimize harm to the environment and human health by replacing traditional methods like chlorine bleach and potassium permanganate. Ecochem R&D unit came up with a good solution for a biodegradable bleaching agent which is similar to food bleaching which can decomposes without harmful residues, starch and color and also it helps to reduce water and chemical waste while achieving similar faded effects.

Stone Fee Enzyme

Our Stone Free Enzyme concept replaces the use of pumice stones in denim washing with cellulase enzymes to achieve a "stonewashed" effect. This eco-friendly process uses cellulase to chemically break down cotton fibers, creating the desired softness and faded look without the environmental burden and fabric damage associated with pumice stones. It results in a sustainable, cost-effective method for producing vintage-style denim with less water, energy, and manual labor.
